Michael Gagne has extensive experience in all aspects of Florida real estate, including land development, building construction, real estate management, leasing, and brokerage. He joined The Keyes Company's Commercial Division thirty years ago. Throughout his time at Keyes, Michael has successfully facilitated the leasing and sale of both residential and commercial properties in the Fort Lauderdale area. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and a former President of the Society of Commercial Realtors of Greater Fort Lauderdale. Additionally, Michael holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which is the highest and most respected credential in commercial real estate.

Since 2017, he has been focused on building luxury homes in Eastern Fort Lauderdale.

Michael is also a graduate civil engineer and has earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
